Experienced Psychotherapy for Couples and Individuals

Dr. Schweigler graduated from the University of Southern California with a doctorate in counseling psychology. Before she began her private practice, she worked in the field of chemical dependency, developed and implemented training programs for teachers dealing with at-risk adolescents throughout the United States, supervised doctoral students, was one of four founders of National Training Consultants, and taught at Loyola University in California. 

She began her private practice in Southern California, moving to the Northwest in 1990.  Dr. Schweigler is a licensed clinical psychologist in Washington and California.  Post doctorate certifications include the Couples Institute in Menlo Park, the Gestalt Institute, the Seattle Institute of Psychoanalysis, the Institute of Guided Imagery and on-going training in the psychobiological approach to couples therapy.
